General Scholarship
The Stars General Scholarship supports first-generation students from the Pasadena/Altadena community who are pursuing a college degree or certification and demonstrate financial need.

Eligibility
• First generation college student (neither parent/provider has completed a four year college degree)
• Must reside in the Pasadena/Altadena community
• Applied or enrolled in a 4-year school, 2-year school or trade program
• Demonstrated financial need
Program Requirements:
• Attend (2) Adulting 101 gatherings AND (2) Wellness gatherings offered at different times throughout the award cycle
• Must check in with a Stars college program staff at least once a month throughout the award cycle
