Eric was born in Glendale and raised in Sunland-Tujunga. Eric graduated from Verdugo Hills High in 2018, after which he attended Glendale Community College to study Journalism.

Throughout the pandemic, Eric witnessed many families, including his own, struggle. This period served as a pivotal moment for Eric, as it highlighted how pre-existing issues had been exacerbated by the pandemic’s effects. Witnessing these issues in his community ignitated a passion for change. Consequently, Eric lost interest in journalism and discovered his calling for Social Work.

Currently, Eric is a Social Work undergraduate at Cal State LA and will be completing his bachelor’s at the end of the 2023-2024 school year.

Besides Stars, Eric also works as a waiter at a Japanese Restaurant, as a barista at Starbucks, and as event staff/security at venues such as the Rose Bowl, SoFi Stadium, and The Forum.

Outside of work, Eric loves to watch and play soccer, LA Galaxy and Arsenal are his favorite teams. You can often find Eric at Dignity Health Sports Park (Home of LA Galaxy). Eric also enjoy playing video games, binge-watching shows, and going on hikes in the great outdoors.
